Wristbands: Progress Through the Festival

Quick answer

Forza Horizon 6 has seven Festival Wristbands. Qualifiers and the Invitational lead to the first; later progress opens a Wristband Event that you must complete to move on.

Look for the next required event

The official progression article describes Showcase events and Horizon Rush challenges as Wristband Events. Accumulating progress and completing the resulting event are separate steps. If you feel stuck, check which of those steps your save currently needs.

Suggested unlock diagnosis

Work from the visible event or progress meter rather than replaying the same race without checking its purpose.

  1. Find the next Wristband objective in your progress screens.
  2. If its event is unavailable, choose an activity that contributes Festival progress.
  3. If the event is already available, read its restriction before preparing a car.
  4. Complete the Wristband Event and confirm the new status.
  5. Review the newly available events before buying upgrades for them.

Car class restrictions are part of the campaign

Later Festival events introduce faster classes. A car can be owned yet ineligible for the race you selected. Compare the class and car theme with the event rather than assuming every vehicle is permitted everywhere.
