Horizon Legend: Reach Gold and Legend Island

Quick answer

Earn the Gold Festival Wristband to become a Horizon Legend and access Legend Island. The official campaign guide links that status to Festival progression, rather than ownership of a Premium add-on.

Separate the destination from its unlock

Legend Island is the destination associated with the Gold Wristband. If access is missing, inspect your Festival progression first. An exploration Stamp, a large car collection or a paid pack does not establish that you have reached Gold.

Suggested final-progression review

Use the same objective-first approach at the end of the campaign as at its beginning.

  1. Check the current Wristband and next required event.
  2. Prepare for the exact event restriction instead of choosing your fastest car by habit.
  3. Complete the outstanding Festival requirement.
  4. Confirm that the Gold Wristband has been awarded.
  5. Inspect the newly available island events and choose one to learn before attempting a long race.

Prepare for a long event

Our recommendation is to test your car over a shorter route with similar corners first. Check braking consistency and avoid a build you cannot drive comfortably for an extended session. This is preparation advice, not a claimed fastest tune.

Is a particular player level the verified unlock condition?

The source identifies the Gold Wristband. This page does not substitute an unverified player-level threshold for that condition.
