Customizable Garages: Plan a Four-Car Display

Quick answer

Player Houses include Customizable Garages with space to display up to four cars. Use a layout that keeps each vehicle readable, then inspect the room from more than one viewing angle.

Start with the cars rather than the props

The official sandbox article confirms a four-car display and shareable garage layouts. This page offers a design workflow for your own room; it does not claim that a community layout grants extra vehicle ownership or storage capacity.

Suggested showroom workflow

Choose one small concept so that changes have a clear purpose.

  1. Pick a theme, such as one manufacturer or a progression from road car to track car.
  2. Place the vehicles before adding large structures.
  3. Leave a clear view of the front and side of each car.
  4. Add a small number of lights and background props, checking the result after each change.
  5. Inspect the entrance view and a closer camera view before sharing the layout.

Evaluate a downloaded room

Treat a downloaded layout as a design to inspect, not as evidence that its creator has tested every camera angle. Check car visibility and the amount of visual clutter before deciding whether to keep or adapt it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the garage display limit the same as the Garage Full issue?

No. A showroom display and the number of cars in your account collection are different concerns. Use the separate Garage Full troubleshooting guide for the reported notification bug.
