Horizon CoLab: Organize a Shared Build

Quick answer

Horizon CoLab brings multiplayer building to EventLab. Use it for a shared custom project; Customizable Garages and the Estate are described by the official sandbox guide as solo-building spaces.

Agree on the result before placing props

A shared build works better when everyone knows whether they are making a race, a playground or a scenic area. The following coordination plan is our editorial suggestion, rather than a claim about automatic permission or conflict controls in the game.

Suggested division of work

Give each collaborator a concrete area of responsibility and an agreed boundary.

  1. Choose one person to coordinate the route and starting area.
  2. Assign separate sections for obstacles, scenery and route markers.
  3. Agree on the vehicle class and space needed for passing.
  4. Stop building periodically and drive the joined sections together.
  5. Test a complete start-to-finish run before publishing the creation.

When contributions clash

Resolve the route first. A visually impressive section is less useful if it blocks the intended path. Keep a note of the disputed change, decide which player task it should support, and revise the smallest area necessary.
