The Estate: Unlock Access and Plan a Build

Quick answer

After your first Stamp, Mei introduces Yashiki House. Buying that Player House provides access to the Estate, an open-world building space; it is not unlocked just by earning a Festival Wristband.

Check the discovery path

The First Drive guide ties the introduction to Stamp progress and the purchase of Yashiki House. Follow the invitation shown by your own save rather than looking for an invented universal race-count requirement.

Suggested first building session

Begin with a useful small area that you can finish and inspect in one session.

  1. Check the Journal for your first Stamp and follow Mei’s house invitation.
  2. Inspect the house purchase and confirm what you are buying.
  3. Choose an approach road and a simple destination, such as a parking court.
  4. Build one section before covering the whole valley with props.
  5. Drive through the approach and inspect sightlines before extending the design.

Choose the right creation tool

The Estate is a personal building project. For a race with event rules or a collaborative building session, read the EventLab and CoLab guides. These uses have different goals, so select the tool before investing time in a large layout.
